After gaining incredible work experience with some of the worlds greatest hairdressers, including legendary dry cutter and editorial stylist, Alibie Mulcahy of John Sahag Salon, NYC, Precision cutting with Vidal Sassoon’s Ezra Black, Editorial styling and freehand cutting with fashion, film and television industry expert, Julio Romano, Erika delivers world-class art through design and detail.

Her signature highlighting style combining the French, freehand technique, “balayage” with traditional foils, she creates a broad range of natural-looking, sun-kissed color to the dramatic. Using precision combined with freestyle/dry cutting makes her versatile in her craft. Her strong technical skills are modern and edgy, always working to use innovative techniques pushing the boundaries of trends. She colors and sculpts her client’s hair to fit their face shape, personality and lifestyle. As a result, she has become a favorite among young Hollywood’s best-tressed.

Harley was trained in Editorial Styling and Innovative Cutting & Color at Aveda’s Advanced Academy, NYC. He was also guided in the art of Balayage color technique at L’oreal’s Soho Academy. Through use of Balayage, Flamboyage & Ombre color methods, Harley is known for creating Edgy to Victoria Secret-­like hair for his clients. As Brazilian Straightening was first introduced to America, Harley ventured to Brazil for proper training. This led to a small write-­up and photo in Brazilian Vogue as ‘a visiting New York Stylist.’ Harley’s inspiration stems from his passion for music, film, and the city of New York. He honed his craft and cut his teeth in NYC’s Lower East Side, styling and cutting his band members’ locks before formally entering the beauty industry.

He is an artist on many levels, with the ability to look at hair as a piece of artwork and mold it as only an artist can. At the client’s request, he can easily replicate cuts and color from all decades.

Monique is known for her inspired creations. From dry cutting to precision crops, Monique is knowledgeable of all hair textures and delivers a unique salon experience for each of her clients. She keeps up with current trends through advanced courses in styling and finishing. Before coming to pony pony, Monique assisted on tv/film and editorial projects working with hair and make-up!
