Apple Cider Vinegar for Haircare, and to Prevent Dandruff and Hair Loss.

Restore dry, brittle and unruly hair, and help to strengthen damaged hair cuticles – by restoring the PH acid balance of hair. After washing and conditioning your hair, pour or spray apple cider vinegar onto the hair. Rinse with warm water. Dry on the lowest hair dryer setting or allow your hair to dry naturally. This rinse also clarifies the hair, removing the remnants of accumulated hair products, and giving the hair a beautiful shine.

Dandruff – apply warm apple cider vinegar to the scalp, wrap the hair in some plastic wrap – and cover with a towel. Leave it to sit on your head for an hour, wash and condition the hair as normal.

Hair Mask – combine 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp of honey and 1/4 cup of water. Rub into hair, and let sit for 30 minutes. Wash/dry as usual.
